RETURN & REFUND POLICY
OVERVIEW
At Garden Sky, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances crafted with care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product authenticity, safety, and fairness to all customers.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. NO RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS
All our products fall under personal care and fragrance categories. Therefore:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with

This policy ensures hygiene and prevents misuse of products
2. ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
We only accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

The product delivered is damaged during transit

The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item/variant)

The product is defective or leaking upon arrival
All requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
3. MANDATORY PROOF REQUIREMENTS
To process any return or replacement request, the following proof is mandatory:

A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product inspection)

Clear images showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
π Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.
4. REPORTING TIMEFRAME
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.
5. RETURN / REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Once your request is reviewed:

If approved, we may:

Arrange a replacement shipment, or

Provide a refund, depending on availability and case type

In certain cases, we may require the product to be returned before processing the refund or replacement

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product
6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES
For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Timeline: 5β7 business days after approval
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Customers must provide accurate payment details

Timeline: 5β7 business days after approval
7. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

Product has been opened, used, or tested

Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

No unboxing video available
-
Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or storage

Dissatisfaction due to fragrance preference (subjective nature of scent)

Minor packaging variations that do not impact product performance

Slight delays in delivery caused by courier partners
8. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
9. REFUSED / FAILED DELIVERY (COD ORDERS)
If a Cash on Delivery order is:

Refused at delivery, or
-
Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts
Then:

The order will be marked as failed delivery

Garden Sky reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders from the same customer
10. FRAUD PREVENTION & RIGHTS RESERVED
Garden Sky reserves the right to:

Refuse returns or refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected

Verify customer details and order history before approving requests

Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
