Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional offers.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across India.

Garden Sky reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or message before dispatch.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

8. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please record a video while opening the package and report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at:
